Terms of Use
These terms cover the use of PurpleForge, a project operated by NGO “UNKD” (Ukrainian National Cybersecurity Action), registration code 44012759.
1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and the founding cohort waitlist. Terms for the PurpleForge range itself will be provided separately before any account is created.
2. Pre-launch status
PurpleForge is not generally available. Everything described on this site is a statement of intent, not a commitment to ship a specific feature on a specific date. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract and does not guarantee access or a particular price.
3. Demo content
The range session shown on the home page is an illustration of the interface. The timestamps and log lines in it are fabricated and labelled as demo data. They are not real telemetry from a live environment.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scan, or overload this site.
- Do not submit email addresses that are not yours.
- Do not bypass or automate the bot verification on the waitlist form.
- Do not reuse the site's content or branding without written permission.
5. Personal data
Data submitted through the waitlist is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, NGO “UNKD” is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
8. Affiliation
We are not affiliated with the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, or the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Their brands belong to them.
